2026-04-17		They didn’t explain that ski shoes are not allowed to wear at the reception place when we checked-in. Then reception scolded us when we entered reception with ski shoes when we checked-out. The attitude of reception was so bad after that, and explanation how we can keep our luggage after check out was poor. They should understand customers cannot know what they don’t explain. I suggest they should explain to all customers when check-in regarding that regulation.
